The Children Law Accreditation (formally known as the Children’s Panel) is a recognised quality standard for legal professionals who are qualified to act as representatives for children and can demonstrate a high level of expertise in the area of children law and proceedings involving children.
The Criminal Litigation accreditation signifies our skills and experience in the areas such as police station representation and criminal defence practice.
Our experience and skills in all areas of conveyancing, including house sales and purchases, is demonstrated by the Conveyancing Quality Scheme. The purpose of this scheme is to promote trustworthy, reliable, and consistent residential conveyancing practices.
The Personal Injury accreditation recognises our skills to assist clients across all types of personal injury cases, from work-related accidents, to road traffic accidents, to public liability claims.

Steve Evans is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL), an organisation which helps connect injured people with personal injury lawyers with a proven track record of conducting successful personal injury claims.
Wayne Griffiths is a member of the Association of Lawyers for Children, an organisation which promotes the rights of children and young people when they become involved in legal processes.

Wayne Griffiths is also a member of the British Association for Adoption and Fostering (now CoramBAAF Adoption and Fostering Academy), an organisation dedicated to supporting and representing children in care.
As well as being a specialist representative for children and young people, Wayne Griffiths is also a member of the Grandparents Association (now merged with Grandparents Plus), a charity which promotes the benefits of the wider family’s involvements in a child’s upbringing, including placing children with grandparents or other family members when their parents cannot take care of them.
