I joined Devonalds in November 2007 and I am a Partner in the firm. As well as running a full caseload I head up the development of the firm's IT and Case Management System. I also deal with the marketing needs of the firm and assist Phil Robinson and Steve Evans with the day to day management of the firm.
I predominantly practise in Property and Wills & Probate.
I also undertake Personal Injury work and I have a particular interest in high value cases involving chronic pain conditions such as chronic regional pain syndrome.
My range of private client work includes all areas of Civil Litigation, Wills, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney/Court of Protection matters, Conveyancing, Commercial Property, Leasehold Enfranchisement, Trusts and Commercial & Business matters.
Quite often time is of the essence and I pride myself on a fast turnaround time and a service that keeps you as a client updated at every stage, as I realise there is nothing more frustrating that not being kept informed.
I feel I am able to relate to clients in a straightforward and clear manner and understand that the majority of clients do not wish to get bogged down in legal jargon but would prefer advice in plain English!
I was born in Llantwit Fardre and now live in Church Village, Rhondda Cynon Taff.
In my spare time I enjoy writing and recording music and leaping around a stage playing guitar with my band, so if you see me in any cramped tiny music venues give me a wave!
