Gemma White

I joined Devonalds as a Solicitor in their Public Law Child Care Department in May 2025, and I am based in the Pontypridd office.

I was born and raised in Carmarthenshire where I was educated until I progressed to higher education at Swansea University. I obtained a Law Degree in 2020. I continued my studies at Swansea University and completed the Legal Practice and Advanced Drafting Course whilst working at a Swansea based firm as a Legal Clerk in 2021. Following the completion of the Legal Practice and Advanced Drafting Course I was offered a training contract and qualified with the same local firm in February 2024, where I remained until I joined Devonalds in May 2025.

I understand that those involved in children matters are experiencing a very stressful and sensitive time. I am committed to supporting my clients through these difficult times and strive to be approachable, friendly, and compassionate when providing legal advice and representing clients.

I enjoy spending time outdoors and going for long walks, travelling, and attending the local gym.
