Laura Carter

I joined Devonalds in May 2023 as a Licensed Conveyancer based in our Caerphilly branch. I have experience in all aspects of Residential conveyancing to including but not limited to, Freehold and Leasehold transactions as well as New Build, Lease Extension, Staircasing, Transfer of Part, Right to Buy, Help-to-Buy, Sales in Possession, Property Plan Agreements, Lifetime Leases, Equity Release, and re-mortgage transactions.

I studied for my Law Degree and LPC at Swansea University. I started my conveyancing career in April 2013 within a residential conveyancing firm in Swansea where I also carried out the CLC qualification and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in January 2017.

I understand the conveyancing process can be stressful one. I pride myself on being approachable and delivering excellent client care. I am committed to providing a friendly, professional and efficient service to take some of the stress away. 

Outside of work I enjoy spending as much time as possible outside, whether that be in the garden, the beach or the countryside. This is usually with my dog who loves it just as much as me, so long as its not raining.
