Lori John

I joined Devonalds in May 2021 after spending over 8 years at a regional firm in Cardiff and gaining a specialism in Commercial Property. I completed my Law degree and Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University and I now work at both the Treorchy and Pontypridd offices.

I deal with all aspects of residential conveyancing including leasehold transactions and title reconstructions. I also specialise in commercial property sales and acquisitions and act for both Landlords and Tenants in commercial leases. I appreciate the importance of good communication with clients and aim to provide a professional and open service.

I was born in Tynewydd and now live in Treorchy with my husband and two young children. Outside work, I enjoy spending time with my family (especially down our caravan in West Wales) or you’ll probably find me at the side of the rugby field watching the Treorchy Zebras.
