Sinyee Tam

I joined Devonalds in March 2025 and I am a solicitor based in our Caerphilly office dealing with all aspects of Residential Property, including sales, purchasers, remortgages, transfers of equity and adverse possession claims.

I pride myself on delivering an excellent standard of client care and am committed to providing a friendly, professional and efficient service. Client satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me. I always strive to keep clients fully updated and work hard to ensure that their matters progress in a timely, smooth and stress-free manner.

I live in Caerphilly and I am excited to be providing my local community with legal services.

I am also able to speak Cantonese and assist Chinese speaking client’s with the conveyancing process.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my young family, reading and going to the gym.
